Ice-Core Expedition 2001 Daily Report - May 13th 2001
Last night, the King Col 3 camp and the Prospector-Russell 9 camp members slept at camp I in the King Trench. They stayed there today, which was also a rest day. Meanwhile, Andy Williams (Icefield Ranges Expeditions ) continued to ferry in members to the Quintino Sella base camp: Roy (Fritz) Koerner, Kumiko Goto-Azuma, Jocelyne Bourgeois, Tetsu Yamasaki and John Legg. There are now 15 on the mountain and, with David Fisher, the science leader stationed at Kluane, constitutes the full group involved in the project field work. The weather is good.
