Electron microprobe instrumentation at the GSC:

• The Cameca Instruments SX50 electron microprobe with the PC based Probe for Windows, version 5.34 by Advanced MicroBeam

• The Camebax electron microprobe using a Mac based software MBX version 1.4 by Carl E. Henderson

Facility Access:

• The Electron Beam Laboratory is available for use by all GSC headquarters and district scientific staff. Other federal government scientific staff and individuals from external bodies may access the facility under special terms and agreements.
