There are close to 20 kilometres of trails especially for snowshoers. Two easy routes are accessible right from the Visitor Centre; longer and more challenging routes are located at Meech Lake, in the Wakefield area and at Philippe Lake.
For winter hiking, 10 kilometres of trails are compacted once a week. The Sugarbush Trail (just steps away from the Visitor Centre) and Lauriault Trail (in the Kingsmere area) are the two most popular trails for this winter activity. Two other trails near downtown Hull are also maintained for winter hiking.
*Domestic animals are not permitted on snowshoeing trails.
