The NCC is inviting Expressions of Interest and Qualifications from proponents to operate, finance, manage, maintain and, as necessary, rehabilitate the site on a net lease basis. The Official Plan of the City of Gatineau designates the site as part of a cultural district; therefore, only proposals for arts/cultural uses will be considered.

Expressions of Interest and Qualifications, addressed in the manner set out in the call documents, may be submitted until November 9, 2006, at 3 pm, Eastern Daylight Time.
