Leader: Peter Bobrowsky This project is creating a national landslide inventory and landslide hazard evaluations. It uses the historical record of landslides that have damaged communities and strategic infrastructure to focus the national hazard assessments. It targets 30% of the nation's population and key strategic elements of its infrastructure that are at risk from landslides. A suite of activities, centered in the two major areas of landsliding: Canadian Cordillera and St. Lawrence Lowlands, will contribute to decreased losses from landslides through the development of:
