Maps

General Maps (Summer (pdf - 867 Kb) and Winter (pdf - 2.3 Mb))
This useful tool, given out free to anyone who stops by the Gatineau Park Visitor Centre, is a general map with a brief list of activities available in winter or summer in the Park, along with where the activities can be enjoyed and a list of costs.

Trail Maps

Gatineau Park produces two detailed trail maps: one of hiking and mountain biking trails (summer, pdf - 4.3 Mb) and one of cross-country skiing, winter hiking and snowshoeing trails (winter, pdf - 4.2 Mb). Day and night-time shelters are clearly marked on the winter trail map.

These maps contain detailed information. Thanks to GIS technology, they are a true representation of the Park, not illustrations. Contour lines are represented as on all good topographical maps.

On sale for $4.95 each (plus taxes) at the Gatineau Park Visitor Centre (in Chelsea) and at the Capital Infocentre (at 90 Wellington Street, at Metcalfe Street, in Ottawa). Waterproof editions also available for $9.95 (plus taxes).
