Celebrations and Events

Canada's Capital Region is a city with a busy year-long schedule of seriously fun events. The NCC delivers public programs and events that inspire pride and unity among Canadians, that help the Capital Region work as a national meeting place and that communicate Canada to Canadians and to visitors from overseas. Events and activities take place four seasons of the year in the Capital core area, in the parks and green spaces of the Capital Region and on Parliament Hill, Confederation Boulevard and the Rideau Canal Skateway.
