Quality Assurance Instructions (QAI) are technical documents that are part of our Quality Management System registered to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. They indicate the steps to assure that production processes are followed and done by qualified personnel. QAIs also refer employees to the appropriate tools and documentation when creating a product and define the necessary procedures to offer quality services.
