Debt relief for five poorest countries in region
The Governors of the Inter-American Development Bank have agreed on a framework to grant debt relief to the five poorest countries in Latin America and the Caribbean: Bolivia, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras and Nicaragua. The Bank will now speed up mechanisms to implement this framework agreement, IDB President Luis Alberto Moreno said.
