How to Get to Gatineau ParkDestination: Visitor Centre

Year Round

From Hull and Ottawa:

From the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge, take Highway 5 north to exit 12 (Old Chelsea). Turn left onto Old Chelsea Road, and continue for almost 1 kilometre (0.63 mile) . Turn right onto Scott Road. The Visitor Centre will be on your left.

From Highway 105:

Take Scott Road south, and the Visitor Centre will be on your right.

From Aylmer:

From De la Montagne Road, take Notch Road. At Kingsmere, turn right. Then turn right onto Lac-Meech Road, and left onto Scott Road. The Visitor Centre will be on your left.

From Luskville:

From Highway 148, turn left onto De la Montagne road. Continue on, and take Notch Road. Turn right onto Kingsmere Road, and right onto Lac-Meech Road, then left onto Scott Road. The Visitor Centre will be on your left.

Summer

From Ottawa:

  1. From the Chaudières Bridge, turn left onto Alexandre-Taché Boulevard in Hull. Continue on, and turn right onto the Gatineau Parkway. Continue for 16 kilometres (10 miles), and turn right onto Lac-Meech Road. Turn left onto Scott Road, and the Visitor Centre will be on your left.
  2. If you are facing Parliament, take Wellington Street west and continue to the Portage Bridge. Cross the bridge, and turn left at the first traffic lights. Continue on Taché to the Gatineau Parkway and turn right. Continue on the parkway for 16 kilometres (10 miles), and turn right onto Lac-Meech Road. Turn left onto Scott Road. The Visitor Centre will be on your left.

From Hull:

From Taché Boulevard, turn onto the Gatineau Parkway. Continue on the parkway for 16 kilometres (10 miles), then turn right onto Lac-Meech Road. Turn left onto Scott Road. The Visitor Centre will be on your left.
