The Explosives Regulatory Division (ERD) of Natural Resources Canada is considering changes to the list of fees in the Explosives Regulations and the establishment of new Explosives Fees Regulations.

Subject to any changes as result of consultation, we anticipate seeking approval for the user fees by the end of October 2005 and to have them implemented by early 2006.
