MINISTER EMERSON ANNOUNCES $12.2 MILLION CONTRIBUTION TO ADVANCE HYDROGEN ECONOMY

OTTAWA, April 28, 2005 — The Honourable Joe McGuire, Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, on behalf of the Honourable David L. Emerson, Minister of Industry, today announced a $5.1-million contribution to support the development of the Prince Edward Island Wind-Hydrogen Village Project. Canadian Students Excel in Hydrogen Fuelling Design

TORONTO — The Government of Canada is taking strong steps to clean urban air by curbing the growing emissions from vehicles in Canadian cities.
