As of November 22, Paul Jolicoeur is the new Program Manager for the Geomatics for Northern Development Program. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Michel Cardinal who had generously accepted to manage the Program since August 2004 until the results of the competitive process. On December 1, 2004, following a short transition period, Michel will return to his duties in the Centre for Topographic Information in Ottawa. I am sure the GC Management Team can count on all of you to welcome Paul in his new role and provide him with the support required to achieve the program's outcomes.
