The Geological Mapping System (GEMS) is mainly comprised of a graphical user interface that utilizes ArcInfo and customized commands for geological map production. This page allows users to download the latest version of GEMS, any upgrades or patches, as well as supporting documentation.

GEMS Patches

The following patches, which are minor corrections to programming code, exist for the most recent version of GEMS. Each patch is an uncompressed UNIX tar file. Patches are to be installed similar to upgrades. Major corrections or enhancements to GEMS will be released in the future as required as a new version.
