The activities, staff, facilities and services of the Centre for Topographic Information contribute to the priorities of the Earth Sciences Sector.
Purchasing Information :
- The transactions by credit card are secure and certified by Verisign Secure Server. The certificate is based on
SSL 128 bits encoding. This site does not use cookies and all information collected remains confidential;
- The orders paid by credit card and delivered by Internet, via FTP protocol, can be completed automatically;
- The data will be processed as soon as the authorization of payment is obtained.
The orders, which are not paid by credit card, will be processed by the Customer Support Group,
which will communicate with the customer in order to complete the transactions, if necessary.
The minimal charge for an order is 25 $*, before taxes.
Administrative expenses (75 $) can be charged if:
- An order is carried differently than by the functionalities offered on the site of Online Purchasing;
- A purchase, which can be carried out entirely on this site, but whose payment by credit card is completed by the Customer Support Group.

Also applies to data distributed "at no cost". This charge can be avoided by downloading
these data from the Geobase portal.

All the data are downloaded,
by FTP protocol. CD-ROM delivery is available only for Vmap0 data.
Please note that payment by credit card does not work with Netscape,
versions 7.0 and less.
It is strongly recommended to restrict the number of items in the shopping basket (50 items maximum).
