ALZHEIMER WANDERING REGISTRY
AND GRANDBAY-WESTFIELD RCMP

The Alzheimer Wandering Registry is a program designed to assist police officers in the safe and timely return of individuals with Alzheimer Disease following an episode of wandering.  Each individual registered with the Alzheimer Wandering Registry is given an identification bracelet.  The words “Memory Loss” as well as a registration number appear on the back of the bracelet.  The number provides the link to the Alzheimer database of CPIC.
