1 - It is permitted to drive a snowmobile on a public road at any time if the driver does not impede traffic and stays on the right side of the road.
2 - When driving a snowmobile, the driver's blood alcohol rate must never exceed 0.80 (80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millimiters of blood).
3 - Except where otherwise indicated, the speed limit permitted for snowmobiles is 70 km/h.
4 - A person who is 16 or 17 years of age may drive a snowmobile only if he/she has taken a training course and holds a valid certificate of competence.
5 - As a general rule, snowmobilers are not permitted to drive within 30 meters of a dwelling.
