It helps them to enhance their productivity, reduce their costs, improve their efficiency, and diversify their production into higher value-added textile products for growing niche markets.

CED ensures that Quebec SMEs have access to other services by the intermediary of a network of collaborators that most of them are financially supported by the Agency. These collaborators are listed in office of principal clients they serve.

Manufacturing enterprises

Quorum - RCT
This specialized organization, affiliated with the Canadian Technology Network, manages a bank of consultants in many occupations. Its mission is to facilitate SME access to private service providers in the innovation and technology sectors.

Product Development Institute
Offers SMEs training, expertise transfer services (workshops, seminars and conferences) and coaching and network services. These services are intended to develop, disseminate and implement the best practices in product development in order to increase SME productivity.

Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA)
Plays a leadership role in training of the labour force, promotes networking among its members, relies on partnerships to provide resources and technical assistance for enterprises and helps enterprises identify and take advantage of new markets.
