An impressive Business Floor awaited entrepreneurs interested in the event’s Business Contact component. Representatives of those departments and agencies that were present included some 40 specialists who were ready to answer their questions and guide them through the various programs and services offered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by the Government of Canada. These various federal departments and agencies were grouped under a variety of regional and national themes.

Some 20 federal departments and agencies were faithfully represented while the Business Floor was open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Friday, June 6 and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 7.

The Rendez-vous Centre hosted some 10 one-on-one meetings between project backers and specialists (guest speakers and representatives of the agencies and departments participating in the event).
