There are many questions and mixed messages about alcohol. Should I? How much? What should I drink? Although alcohol consumption levels stabilized between 2000-2001, alcohol is still an important issue. Seventy-nine per cent of people living in Ontario reported having a drink in the past 12 months. You can learn to enjoy the pleasurable effects of alcohol while lowering the risk of health, social and family problems that can be associated with drinking.
