Bureau des plaintes
A complaint concerning the services delivered by the Ministère de la Justice du Québec must be directed to the Bureau des plaintes.
Please note that it is not within the jurisdiction the Bureau des plaintes at the Ministère de la Justice to deal with complaints concerning a decision of a court of law or an administrative tribunal, or a breach of judicial conduct or of professional conduct by a lawyer, notary, bailiff or police officer.
