Note: The position of Solicitor General of Canada between December 12, 1892 and September 30, 1966, and the positions of Controller of Customs and Controller of Inland Revenue were not Cabinet portfolios per se, though frequently the incumbents were sworn of the Privy Council and attended Cabinet meetings. It should also be noted that the Secretaries of State in the current Parliament are neither Cabinet portfolios though the incumbents are all sworn of the Privy Council.
