The International Civil Aviation Organization Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO TI's) require air operators to have their Transportation of Dangerous Goods Training Program reviewed and approved by the appropriate authority of the state. Canadian air operators must submit their dangerous goods training programs to their Regional Commercial and Business Aviation Dangerous Goods office for this review and approval.
