Ma Criée au Canada. La Criée
December 2nd, 2006 to January 7th, 2007 : For its 3rd edition, the restaurant chain "La Criée" is launching a promotional operation featuring Canadian seafood in its 34 premises throughout France.

Reduction of Right of Permanent Residence Fee

On May 2, 2006, the Government of Canada annouced a reduction of 50 percent in the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, from $975 to $490. Immigrants who have already paid the fee but who have not become permanent residents of Canada as of 12:00 a.m. EDT (Eastern Standard Time) on May 3, 2006, are entitled to a refund.
