Media representatives are advised that Bill Graham, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will visit Quebec City and Montreal on March 25 and 26, 2002.

In Quebec City on March 25, Mr. Graham will deliver an address to the Société des relations internationales de Québec entitled "Thoughts and Perspectives on Canadian Foreign Policy."

In Montreal on March 26, the Minister will deliver an address at a colloquium on Terrorism, Rights and Democracy, sponsored by the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice.
