Where to obtain application forms

An application for a passport may be obtained:

By downloading the on-line form.
From any Passport Canada office.
At any Canada Post outlet.
From any Canadian mission outside Canada.

Where to submit your application form

Note: Even if your travel plans are not urgent, it is recommended that you send your documents by courier. This will help ensure the safety of your documents.

In Canada
In person	At any Passport Canada office location. At any participating post office or Service Canada Centre.

In the United States
In person	Canadians residing in the United States who plan to submit their application form in person in Canada must complete the application for Canadians residing in Canada.

Canadians residing outside Canada and the United States
