International Trade Minister Pierre Pettigrew and Nigeria's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Chief Dubem Onyia, will sign a Trade and Investment Co-operation Arrangement (TICA) in Ottawa. The Arrangement is designed to facilitate our bilateral efforts to improve economic co-operation between Canada and Nigeria. The Ministers will be available to the media immediately following the signing.
