David Kilgour, Secretary of State (Latin America and Africa) will be in Calgary on September 29, 2001 to address the Nigerian-Canadian Association of Calgary. Mr. Kilgour will speak about the burgeoning relationship between Canada and Nigeria during a gala
celebrating the 41st anniversary of Nigeria's independence.
The Nigerian-Canadian Association of Calgary is a non-profit organization that brings together the more than 3000 Canadians of
Nigerian heritage and their Canadian friends residing in the city of Calgary.
