Secretary of State (Latin America and Africa) David Kilgour will address the Inter-American Youth Forum in Quebec City on March 10.

Running from March 5 to 11, the Youth Forum is organized by the Students Commission of Canada in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and Heritage Canada. Youth from all over the Americas have gathered to discuss the future and their priorities. A final report will be presented to Mr. Kilgour, who will relay their concerns to the leaders of the Summit of the Americas, taking place in April in Quebec City.

Le secrétaire d'État (Amérique latine et Afrique), M. David Kilgour, prononcera, à Québec le 10 mars, une allocution à l'occasion du Forum jeunesse des Américas.

Le Forum jeunesse, qui se déroule du 5 au 11 mars, est organisé par la Commission des étudiants du Canada, en partenariat avec le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international et Patrimoine canadien. Des jeunes de toutes les Amériques se sont réunis pour discuter de l'avenir et établir leurs priorités. Un rapport final sera présenté à M. Kilgour, qui fera part des préoccupations des jeunes aux dirigeants prenant part au Sommet des Amériques, qui aura lieu en avril à Québec.
