This tasty, maple-flavoured pie is a favourite at holiday times. 1 | Ready-make pie-crust | 2 | Eggs | 1 Tbsp | Butter | ½ cup | Pure Maple Syrup | 1 cup | Brown sugar | | Whipped cream |
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Beat the eggs, butter and sugar together. Then add the maple syrup and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and cook for approximately 50 minutes. The top should be browned, but it should still be custard-like in the centre. Allow it to cool and serve with whipped cream on top.
