The payment must be made in cash, and for the exact amount of fee, when application is presented. Fees are for the processing of applications, not the visa. The fee is non-refundable, including if the visa is refused. According to Immigration regulations, a family group includes: the applicant, spouse and dependants (single son/daughter under the age of 19).
