Canadian expert from BCIT speaks at the 3IE conference

James Watzke, Dean of Applied Research and Director of the Technology Centre, British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), will be speaking as an international expert at the Second Edition of the 3IE Conference 2006 . The theme of his presentation will be: "Applied research between Industry and Universities". DESCRIPTION The 3IE CONFERENCE will include world class participants from think-tanks and companies known for their work in areas of innovation and technological management, including Intel, Microsoft, VTR, and entities such as BCIT from Canada and KIPA from Korea. This year's conference themes will focus on "innovation, applied management and technological entrepreneurship". This technological event will take place from October 26 to 27, 2006 at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Valparaíso, between 9 to 18 hrs.
