Table of Contents

Corrections and Changes
Updated August 2006

Format
Most of the body of this multi-section document is presented in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The Section titles in the main Table of Contents are links to their respective HTML Table of Contents. Use the "Back" button on your browser to return to the previous section.
Copying Text
In the toolbar of your Adobe Acrobat Reader, there should be a button showing a small "abc" (Acrobat 3.0) or a large "T" (Acrobat 4.0) – these are called text tools. Click this button to enable selection and copying of the text. Then right-click the document and choose "Select All" if you wish to copy the entire document. Otherwise, use your mouse pointer to select the text. Once the text has been selected, copy and paste as per normal (Cut, Copy, Paste or CTRL-C / Shift-Insert) into your word processor or text editor.

WARNING

Users of this Handbook should note that it is prepared for ease of reference in categorizing items for statistical purposes only and, that as such, has no official sanction. Persons wishing to determine the extent of coverage of a commodity or of a particular restraint agreement should contact the EICB or refer to the actual text of a particular agreement.
