In partnership, the University of Windsor, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Service Canada, the County of Essex, the City of Windsor and the Homeless Coalition of Windsor-Essex County are hosting a free full-day Forum.

The 2006 Forum is a full-day event. A continental breakfast, breaks and full lunch are included.

The Forum will highlight three research studies relating to homelessness in Windsor-Essex and will be followed with a best practice from similar situations.

A Longitudinal Study of Exits and Returns to Homelessness
Growing New Roots: The Housing Conditions of Newcomers
Homelessness in Rural Areas: Patterns, Causes, and Best Practices for Program Delivery

This event will include roundtable discussions to tackle the research findings.
