How To Prepare Your Mailings

All mailings must comply with the applicable terms and conditions pertaining to Unaddressed Admail Services.

This information is updated monthly on our Internet site. However, changes to householder counts information are made on a daily basis to our internal systems so the information you see on Letter Carrier Walk maps may not be current or complete. To ensure that you have all Letter Carrier Walk information associated with the selected FSA(s), which may not be currently available on these maps, please click back to the Householder Count Page to determine all Letter Carrier Walk numbers included within the FSA(s) selected.

Planning Your Mailings

Each Unaddressed Admail Item must meet the applicable size and weight requirements as outlined below.

Questions concerning mailing Items should be directed to a Canada Post Representative.

For your convenience, the following tables provide size and weight specifications in both metric and imperial dimensions. Imperial dimensions are provided for convenience only. All transactions are in metric units.
