Important Service Notice:
Due to the increased demand for the new British Columbia birth certificate, we are experiencing delays in processing large volumes of mail. As a result, current processing time for mailed in applications is approximately 10-12 working days for regular service.
Please note, there are no processing delays associated with on-line orders.
