The Canadian Home Care Association invites you to join over 600 health professionals from across the country December 10, 11 and 12, 2006, at the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto for the 2006 Home Care Summit.

This year’s Summit will profile the broad diversity of programs from across the country and will showcase a wide range of viewpoints from different provinces and territories while highlighting the six conference theme tracks of Access, Quality, Partnerships, Accountability, Outcomes and Knowledge. Over 50 dynamic educational presentations and many exhibitors about the latest products, services and technologies that aid in the excellence of health care delivery.

The objectives of the CHCA’s 16th Annual Home Care Summit are to provide delegates with opportunities to dialogue with peers on key initiatives in home care and to learn how colleagues from across Canada are dealing with the health care challenges of today.
