After more than 25 years of application of the Land Use Planning and Development Act, the Association des ménagistes régionaux du Québec (AARQ) and the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec (OUQ) are convening all professionals and stakeholders preoccupied, involved or concerned with land use planning and development to a unique, major gathering in the fall of 2006: the Estates General on Land Use Planning and Development in Quebec, under the honorary chairmanship of Mr. Jean-Paul L’Allier, Guest Professor at the Université Laval.
