Visa Services (Non-Canadian Citizens)
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) is responsible for the issuance of visitor and immigrant visas permitting non-Canadians to enter Canada. There are immigration officers at many Canadian government offices abroad, and enquiries concerning eligibility should be sent to them.
