Human Resource Management Systems

Why We Exist?

The HRMS staff supports departments within the government with timely and accurate human resource information. The HRMS branch consists of a director, business analyst, HRMS administrator, two functional analysts, information analyst and a programmer/analyst.

Our Customers are PSC, Payroll, Human Resources units in Departments and management of the Government of Yukon.

Services We Provide:

Information delivery and production of HR reports and information

  • Planning & development for our current HR information systems
  • Business process improvements, documentation and training
  • Stewardship of human resource data and information
  • Production and technical support

Vision:

  • In partnership with departments, provide timely and accurate Human Resources information for management and employees in support of organizational excellence.

Mission:

  • Provide leadership by analyzing and improving information processes of the government.
  • To improve, promote and integrate the Human Resources information delivery within the government.

Goals:

  • Respond to all requests in a thoughtful, accurate and timely fashion.
  • In partnership with departments, support the payroll process of the government to ensure that the end-to-end processes are reliable, repeatable, predictable and efficient.
  • Provide effective training, help desk, documentation and consulting support to assist departments and their managers.
  • Develop Human Resources solutions that best meet the needs of departments and their managers starting with Attendance Management.
