Rush Service
Change of Name certificates, birth, death and marriage certificates or photocopies of Births, Deaths, and Marriages will be produced within 24 hours of receipt of a completed Application for Service, and forwarded by courier, special delivery or express post to the applicant.
Cost of Rush Service
No charge will be applied for the expedited service , but there will be a charge for the delivery. The cost will depend on the mode of delivery and the location.

The Vital Statistics Council for Canada is an inter-jurisdictional advisory group composed of the heads of the vital statistics divisions/agencies from all of the provincial and territorial governments and the Health Statistics Division of Statistics Canada. The Council provides a forum for developing common approaches for collecting vital statistics, sharing information with external parties and facilitating problem solving in vital event related issues.
