| Description: | The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy ATIPP Act guarantees access to Yukon government records, with some exceptions. It also guarantees individuals access to their own personal information in Yukon government records and gives them the right to correct their own personal information. Information and application forms are available at the ATIPP Office, all Yukon Public Libraries, Yukon Archives and Territorial Agents. Please call the ATIPP Office for assistance with preparing and submitting requests. |
