Description:

Under the Environment Act, any person or company importing beverages or selling them for resale must have a beverage container dealer permit. Dealers are required to submit beverage container surcharges monthly. Any person or company that has been established to collect beverage containers and issue refunds to consumers must be registered as a depot. Please consult the Environmental Protection and Assessment of The Department of Environment before obtaining the depot permit.
