Description:

The Yukon Department of Education to change is responsible for providing Education and lifelong learning opportunities for Yukon people of all ages. The Public Schools Branch runs 28 schools throughout the territory, including 3 Roman Catholic schools. The branch also supports the Yukon Francophone School Board, which runs the territory's only French First Language school. The Advanced Education Branch provides Yukon people with access to relevant training and post-secondary Education. It also supports literacy projects.
