The Inquiry Centre is often the first point of contact for members of the public phoning the Yukon government. It offers a bilingual service (English and French). It transfers calls from the public to the appropriate departments and directs people to the physical locations of departments. It also provides to the public information about government programs and services and has some brochures and other literature that gives more detailed information. The Centre offers a one-stop Change of Address service to individuals and businesses. *Note: The Inquiry Centre does not transfer calls to the Federal government.
