Relocation Assistance Program
YHC offers loan assistance to pay the costs of relocating your home from a rented stall onto titled property.

Equity Exchange Program
Qualified applicants who relinquish their interest in their mobile home will not have to provide a down payment when mortgage financing is approved through Yukon Housing Corporation.

Home Purchase Assistance Program
This program is available if you have accessed the Equity Exchange Program but do not have enough household income to buy a modest entry-level home.
