Description:

Apprenticeship is a way of gaining the skills and knowledge necessary to become a journey-level tradesperson. Apprenticeship combines supervised, on-the-job training with classroom instruction at a technical institute. In the Yukon, there are 43 different trades in which you can train as an apprentice. Apprenticeship preparation is also available to interested high school students.
