Description:

This program may be available when the scope of work and cost for a repair project exceeds the limits set under the Home Repair Program (HRP). The total loan amount under the HRP ($35,000) would be provided and the requirement for additional financing would be offered through the Home Repair Enhancement Program. The interest rate on the Home Repair Enhancement loan is set at a higher rate than the HRP loan.
