Community Land Planning

We assist unincorporated and rural Yukon communities with development of community plans, comprehensive zoning regulations and administration of the Subdivision Act to ensure safe and orderly development within the community.  A community mapping program complements our planning services by maintaining a legal survey database and air & ortho photography library of most Yukon communities.  Community land planning advisory services are available to individuals, organizations, municipalities and First Nation governments.
