Home Care
Home Care services assist clients to live independently in their own homes and are based on the clients assessed health needs. More information
Community Day Program
In Whitehorse, the Community Day Program provides services and support to adults with cognitive or physical impairments and to their caregivers, making it possible for them to experience an optimum quality of life while continuing to live in the community. More information
